A Fond Farewell to Patricia and Jan-Paul

Patricia and her husband Jan-Paul, stalwarts of the club, recently departed for America.

Patricia had put a huge amount of effort into the Junior section, which is now a flourishing part of the club.

She also captained one of the Mixed Pairs teams.

In the Club Championships, Patricia won the Mixed Doubles Tier 2 and so was able to leave on a extra high note and with a Cup!

In addition, Patricia was presented with a special parting gift from the club as a token of our appreciation for all her efforts.

Jan-Paul captained the Men’s D Team, introducing several members to their first inter club competitions. Again our thanks to Jan-Paul for his efforts.

And of course all our best wishes to them for the future. We do hope to see you all again.
