2004 Situation

The results do show fairly high levels of importance and satisfaction. I know that it takes quite a lot of work to put this together, both by our contributors, and by our editor. We would like to improve the newsletter to include pictures and adverts. I would like to see someone being responsible for seeing that we get ‘good press’ for the work that GTC brings to the community.

Couple of things that I would like to develop in the newsletter is a letters page, and advertising. If you have a comment to make about GTC, or anything you would like to write in about, then I would encourage you to write your letters to Val K for publication in the newsletter. I would also like to include a page for advertisements, after all this newsletter goes out to approximately 170 households. So if you have something for sale, a holiday villa to let in the south of France, or indeed any function you are organising, then why not let everyone in GTC know about it.

Current Situation

“The Kite” is the name of  the new style newsletter.

Published by Sallie P, this is a new, exciting, full colour format with pictures and photographs and many new topics.

And we now have our first Classified Advert.
