On the Saturday before the event the Erection Team arrived to prepare the site.

The marquee was kindly provided by Richard W, who gallantly supervised the team of willing helpers. With immaculate timing the roof went up just as the rain started.

On the Sunday it only remained to set out the tables and chairs. Mark T had organised the order of play, which started promptly in bright sunshine
